"Great place to stay! I highly recommend. The two things I needed the most were excellent wifi (for my work) and a relatively quiet street (considering Da Nang). The apartment was great for both! Comfortable desk and chair to work on laptop. Fully equipped kitchenette and very quiet fridge so it doesn't make any noise when you sleep. In a quiet street away from main noisy road. Very close to all the restaurants and 10min walk to the beach. Pretty good on size, I am solo but feel this would work for a couple or small family. The location is awesome, tons of food, laundry, gym, massages nearby, beach is walking distance away. Every time I come to Da nang I only look at Duoc's listings. His places are the best value, great location, his team is awesome, super accommodating." - Jacob (April 25) "This spot is in one of the best areas of Da Nang! It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants, but in a quiet tree lined street. I loved the natural light in the space. It’s a pretty simply stocked home, but anytime I asked for something Duoc was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave.
