"This place is very close to many good restaurants. I was working in the apartment for 3 weeks and never experienced issue with fast WiFi. I highly recommend this place" - Milan (May 25) "I stayed for 15 days and enjoyed my time here. The reception staff, particularly the girls, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen and supplies were satisfactory, and the staff promptly provided any extras upon request. The bathroom, especially the shower, was perfect. The hotel itself exuded a quiet and peaceful ambiance. However, on a few evenings, there was some noticeable music (5-10 pm) emanating from neighboring hotels or events, which, while not overly disruptive, could be occasionally annoying—especially when the singing was loud and off-key.😅 The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Mỹ Khê beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The wifi signal was excellent, with the router situated in the room, offering a fast and stable connection conducive for remote work (approx. 60-80 Mbps down/up and 7-10 ms ping). The staff greets you with a smile every time you come and go. The cleaning service with a longer stay was much appreciated. The staff was very quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up. The building itself felt very safe and was close to the beach. There is a coffee shop down below was great! Depending on your room, your balcony view might just be the building next door. The room can get a bit stuffy when it is raining but having the fan/ac/windows being able to open helped a lot. We really appreciated that there was laundry included. If you are concerned about the electrical costs, don’t be. In total we paid around $30 CAD for 1 month.
