"Amazing apartment and location. Super close to one of the best locations on the entire beach, private, friendly, and extremely safe. It was quiet and I slept well even though it’s right in the middle of a popular location. An underrated feature is that it’s really easy to get grab car and delivery at this location. I never had a driver get lost or be unable to access the street. Good internet in the apartment and there are also a lot of coffee shops and a coworking space less than a five minute walk if you need to get work done. I spent and month in this apartment. Next time I’m in Da Nang Phuoc’s place is my 1st choice, and the place I’ll recommend to my friends. Looks exactly like the photos and is well maintained. Is as advertised.
